Tania Hodges

Tania has iwi affiliations with Ngāti Pāhauwera, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāti Hauā, Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāti Tūwharetoa. 

Tania is the Managing Director of Digital Indigenous.com Ltd with extensive experience in health, governance, funding, contracting, strategy, change management, Māori and Iwi relationships, and workforce development, leadership and community development. She has been facilitating leadership-training programmes since 2002. Tania has held various governance or advisory Ministerial Appointments over 23 years. She is also a Justice of the Peace and an Independent Celebrant (marriage and civil union).

Tania has completed several tertiary qualifications in management, social science, business research and te reo Māori to complement her Registered Psychiatric Nursing qualification (RPN).  However, her greatest accomplishment is being a mum to her four children and now a nana to three moko (with the fourth on its way). 

She is passionate about making a positive difference and strives for excellence in everything she does.
