Tania Hodges

Tania has iwi affiliations with Ngāti Pāhauwera, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāti Hauā, Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāti Tūwharetoa.

Tania is the Managing Director of Digital Indigenous.com Ltd with extensive experience in health, education, governance, funding, contracting, strategy, change management, Māori and Iwi relationships, workforce development, leadership and community development. She has been co-facilitating leadership-training programmes since 2002. Tania is also a Justice of the Peace and an Independent Celebrant (marriage and civil union).

Tania overtime has completed a number of tertiary qualifications in management, social science, business research and Te Reo Māori to compliment her Registered Psychiatric Nursing qualification (RPN).  However, her greatest accomplishment is being a mum to her four children.

She is passionate about making a difference and strives for excellence in everything she does.
